  1. I love what you’ve written! I also live with depression and anxiety, also bi-polar disorder, and PTSD. At the end of the day, I’m not sure which ones are valid diagnoses and which ones are labels I just got stuck with. I do know that I deal with many of the same feeling you do. It’s extremely difficult to take care of yourself the way you need to when you have these mental illnesses. I’m like you, busy with family, work, and a million other things I pile onto my plate just to keep my mind busy enough not to think of what got me here with all these issues. I look forward to following you as you heal, and I invite you to read some of my other excerpts from The Healing House, a book I’m writing. I think you could relate, but start from the first excerpt and go up or you’ll probably be wondering what in the world I’m talking about. I’m in the middle of remodeling an old 1900 home. The book starts with a personification of the house in a surgery we are going through together…a sort of undoing. Take a look when you have time. I’d love to hear what you think. Keep in mind that more positive things are on the horizon, for both of us. Keep writing!! jrenee
